Hello, my name is Emily Yates and I’m from Del Mar, San Diego! I hold a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, with a minor in Psychology,
from San Diego State University, and I completed my Master of Arts degree in Speech-
Language Pathology at the University of Memphis.

Outside of work, I enjoy taking walks in the neighborhood or at local trails. I’m also on
the hunt for new restaurants to try, so recommendations are always welcomed! I’m so
happy to spend my clinical fellowship year at Bright Beginnings!
