Hello, my name is Allison.

I was born and raised in Manhattan Beach in sunny Los Angeles. Knowing that I wanted to
become a speech-language pathologist, I earned my B.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences and
double minor in education and special education. I traded sunshine for rain to have the privilege
to attend the University of Washington to earn my Masters of Science in Speech Language
Pathology. Through my graduate program, I gained specialized training in pediatric feeding,
medically complex populations, and working with children with developmental and acquired
disabilities.

I have experience serving populations across the lifespan and have worked in early intervention
settings, outpatient and private practice pediatric settings, and inpatient hospital pediatric and
adult settings. I am excited to return to Southern California to serve the diverse pediatric
population where I grew up! I love working on feeding and swallowing, expressive and receptive
language, motor speech disorders, and social communication skills. I am truly passionate about
working with children of all abilities and look forward to collaborating with you and your family!

In my free time I love yoga, surfing, hiking, listening to live music, and spending time with family
and friends. I am excited to be a member of the talented BBPS team to provide specialized
speech therapy services.
